The County Engineer’s office is located on the 1st floor of the Henry County Courthouse and the County Highway Garage is located at 15-499 County Road P just outside the City of Napoleon.  Please feel free to stop by, call, or email us with any of your questions or concerns. 

All bids must be delivered to the County Commissioners office located at 1853 Oakwood Avenue
